Sr. Sales Engineer Cold Storage

As a Sales Manager at Brother Tech Solution, your role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients in industries such as restaurants, supermarkets, food processing plants, and warehouses. You will be responsible for generating leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, and customer visits. Additionally, you will conduct market mapping, gather competitor insights, and expand business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing costing, equipment selection, quotations, proposals, and negotiating contracts effectively. - Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Providing technical presentations and explaining product benefits to clients. - Collaborating with technical, installation, and service teams for the smooth execution of projects. - Maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. - Collecting market intelligence and providing insights to management for strategy building. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Preferable Degree in Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in cold storage, industrial refrigeration, or related industries. - Strong technical understanding of cold storage systems, refrigeration units, insulation, and temperature control. - Knowledge of cold storage, blast freezers, and prefabricated cold rooms. - Existing network in the food, pharma, or logistics industry is preferred.
