Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a sr sales associate located in lucknow. As a sr sales associate, daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting products, providing product and store information, maintaining an organized and tidy sales area, processing transactions accurately, and managing inventory to ensure shelves are adequately stocked. The sr sales associate also plays an important role in delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the overall shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to organize inventory, maintain product displays, and ensure cleanliness in the sales area
  • Basic math and cash handling skills for handling transactions and processing payments
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to address customer needs effectively
  • Willingness to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
  • Relevant retail or sales experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is typically required
