Sr. RTOC Engineer D&C

Role Overview: You will be responsible for carrying out reservoir modeling and simulation, collecting reservoir parameters, preparing data sets for input in the simulator, running simulations, conducting production history matching, and performing short-term and long-term production forecasts. Additionally, you will be involved in techno-economic analysis, well testing operations, coal seam stimulation, and interacting with various departments for data collection and analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out reservoir modeling and simulation - Collect reservoir parameters from coreholes - Prepare data sets for input in the simulator - Run simulations to obtain production data charts - Conduct production history matching - Perform short-term and long-term production forecasts - Carry out techno-economic analysis - Identify components of capital and operating costs - Analyze well testing data using PanSystem software - Assist in coal seam stimulation through hydraulic fracturing - Maintain coal seam frac information - Coordinate with geology, drilling, and production departments for data collection - Perform shift duties to support 24x7 operation - Report anomalies and interventions to relevant teams - Provide decision support to drilling team - Prepare daily reports and event analysis reports - Monitor and interpret LWD log parameters - Update drilling team and senior management on rig operations - Capture lessons learnt and recommendations on best practices Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/Geology - Minimum 5 years of experience as drilling engineer/mud logging, preferably in deep water - Good understanding of deep-water operations - Knowledge of real-time drilling data management - Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering - Minimum 6-9 years of experience in drilling operations, drilling engineering, or completions engineering Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates with knowledge of well testing principles and practices, CBM parameters, reservoir simulation techniques, computer skills, analytical skills, mathematics background, software proficiency, and simulator usage.,
