As a Sr. Research Specialist of the Solutioning Team, you will play a crucial role in understanding the complex and evolving data needs of prospects and customers. You will lead the effort to guide the development of high-impact, technically sound solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving solution design sessions, providing mentorship to foster collaboration, and ensuring high performance for the successful delivery of data engineering solutions. Collaboration with sales, delivery, and other tech teams will be essential to shape scalable data architectures, ETL frameworks, governance strategies, and modernization roadmaps aligned with clients" data transformation and operationalization goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with potential clients and internal stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients" business and tech challenges. - Guide the team on appropriate solution design, serving as a technical advisor for client pitches. - Develop end-to-end data engineering project roadmaps and evaluate tools, platforms, and methodologies for alignment with project requirements. - Mentor the team in crafting engaging narratives for solution presentations, translating intricate analyses into stories that resonate with prospective clients. - Demonstrate strong acumen of technological needs, translate technical insights into business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions accordingly. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. (Mathematics, Statistics) with 6-9 years of experience. - Thorough understanding of data engineering concepts and major cloud service providers (AWS / GCP / Azure). - Experience in managing teams, research, and analytical skills. - Proven track record of working with clients and stakeholders to map technical engineering solutions. - Proficiency in storyboarding and proposal design.
