Sr. Relationship Manager

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Field Sales for the role of Field Sales Executive. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment. Your primary duties will include preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients, delivering sales presentations to convert prospects into successful sales, and handling objections and resolving customer conflicts through regular member meetings. You will also be expected to identify potential customers and new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide a high level of customer service. Staying updated on new products and services is essential, as well as offering necessary support in booking first-time holidays for new members and generating quality referrals from them. The ideal candidate should possess skills in Field sales, B2C Sales, Lead Generation, and Field Marketing. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift or morning shift, and the work location is in person.
