Job Description

Role Overview:
Were looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Duck Creek Distribution Management System (DMS) to join our growing insurance tech team. This is a full-time remote role focused on ensuring the quality of Duck Creek implementations and enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end QA activities for Duck Creek DMS implementations and enhancementsDesign and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test casesPerform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testingWork closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure requirements are metManage and track defects, drive resolutions, and maintain high QA standardsProvide QA sign-off for production deploymentsMentor junior QA team members and share domain/technical best practicesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills & Experience:6-10 years of overall experience in Software Quality AssuranceMinimum 3 years of hands-on QA experience in Duck Creek DMSSolid understanding of insurance distribution management workflowsProficiency in using tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similarStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLCExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and lead QA initiatives in a remote setupLocation - Mumbai,Delhi / NCR,Bengaluru,Kolkata,Chennai,Hyderabad,Ahmedabad,Pune, Remote.
