In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by executing QA processes and adhering to development standards alongside our lead QA Analyst. Your expertise in QA automation and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be instrumental in delivering top-notch applications and features that align with evolving business requirements. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Writing effective test cases and test steps using tools like Jira, Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, and Percy to demonstrate an understanding of requirements and visual designs. - Designing and executing automated and manual test strategies, leveraging expertise in web application testing procedures, techniques, and tools. - Collaborating with the Marketing IT team for the daily operation of applications and overseeing the deployment process from development to production. - Conducting system, integration, regression, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device testing, along with appropriate documentation. - Communicating results to key stakeholders and coordinating logistics for testing, including certifying applications for release. - Participating in user acceptance testing facilitation and coordination, working closely with business analysts and stakeholders. - Having knowledge of performance, accessibility (ADA), and security vulnerability testing is considered a plus. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - 5-7 years of experience in a related area, with a minimum of 3 years as a QA Automation Engineer specializing in web application testing. - Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, Cypress, BDD framework, and ideally testing a CMS platform. - Technical project experience throughout a full system development life cycle. - Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies. - Experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud suite is highly desirable. Work Shift: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST. Office visit requirement: 2 days per week.
