Job Description

Sr. Project Engineer/Associate Technical Leader Static Design PV Elite Key Accountabilities: Experience: 8 to 10 Years. Qualifications: B.E/Tech or M.E/MTech Mechanical or Associated Branches. To design, analyse Pressure vessels using software tools like PV Elite or Autopipe Vessel and review design against followed standards of ASME Sec VIII Div1 and Div2, EN (European), PD5500. Heat Exchanger design using TEMA & ASME. To design of Storage Tanks using API650. Carry out technical reviews at various stages of design and liaison with client for approval. To execute project efficiently and maintaining quality. To provide design solution to optimize the vessel design. Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and GA/assembly drawings in AutoCAD. Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction. To guide, train and lead team of engineers. Set goals for team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet client and organizational standards. Provide guidance and technical expertise to team members for resolving complex engineering challenges. Identify skill gaps within the team and arrange training or development opportunities as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and successful project execution. Requirements Experience and Skills Required: Good skillsets in PV Elite or Autopipe vessel tool. Ability to define scope and approach, interpret results and make recommendations Ability to resolve analysis related issues. Sound understanding of Fabrication processes. Understanding of Material Codes. Understanding of WRC 107/297. Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals (Stress, Heat Transfer) Ability to develop training material and impart trainings. Experience in Vessel Support design and Jacketed vessel design. Good verbal and written communication skills, Good Team Player. Good skills in MS-office tools Ability to create reports and documentation for leadership review. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently analyse and achieve issue resolution using standard engineering techniques & engineering calculations
