Sr Product Specialist - SuccessFactors Employee central

As a Product Manager for SuccessFactors Employee Central at SAP, your role is crucial in overseeing the functionality of your product area. You will work closely with the scrum team to deliver product improvements across various aspects such as features, architecture, security, performance, scalability, and issue resolution. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements for releases, engaging the team to make a difference for customers, creating detailed user stories, and maintaining customer relationships to gather feedback and set priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide a ranked and executable holistic release and sprint backlog for the SCRUM team - Weigh all relevant factors for a good customer experience and financial product success Qualifications Required: - Proven expert knowledge in Core HR - 5+ years of Core HR Software Product Management or Consulting Experience - Experience with agile development and grooming backlog - Excellent project management skills in virtual teams - Strong customer empathy and experience managing customer relationships - Ability to drive a feature from requirements gathering to release - Interpersonal skills: open-minded, result-oriented, team player In this role, you will collaborate with researchers, designers, and scrum teams to enhance Employee Central and cater to over 6500 customers.
