Sr Product Manager, Technical

You will be joining TMUS Global Solutions as a Sr Product Manager, Technical where you will be responsible for owning products or features with a moderate level of complexity and scope. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research, gathering customer insights, leading and managing product backlog for agile/scrum teams, collaborating across various teams, translating strategy into detailed features, managing technical delivery, evangelizing customer needs, tracking product health metrics, and contributing to adoption tools and training materials. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience, along with 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture. You should also have 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment, proven success with Agile Scrum methodologies, strong requirements elicitation and writing skills, and experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency with SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools, knowledge of the full technology stack, and strong analytical skills in identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing product use data.
