Job Description

As a member of the performance verification team at the company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that complex SOCs meet demanding performance goals. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of chip architecture, creating performance verification scenarios, analyzing detailed metrics, and collaborating with various teams to optimize the design implementation. - Develop a thorough understanding of chip architecture to define and develop performance verification scenarios. - Create test cases that cover system scenarios and benchmarks to stress target paths and features. - Synthesize reference metrics based on inputs from different teams and industry standards for result qualification. - Utilize strong debugging skills for failure re-creation and root cause analysis. - Collaborate with peer teams to correlate performance metrics across different platforms. - Work with cross domains such as IP owners, Systems, and Core design teams to achieve performance verification objectives. - Experience with HDL/HVL like Verilog, System Verilog, and UVM methodology. - Strong understanding of Bus Protocols such as AHB, AXI, CHI, ACE, and APB. - Knowledge of processor architecture, debug architecture, Cache Coherency, and NIC/NOC Architecture. - Familiarity with memory subsystems, caches, and DDR controllers. - Programming skills in languages like C/C++, Python, or others. - Experience in executing, analyzing, and debugging test cases on an emulation platform would be advantageous. - Domain knowledge in areas like Graphics, Multimedia, or Networking IPs such as PCIe, MIPI, Ethernet, and USB.,
