Job Description: Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6 MS Project. Coordinate with project teams to align schedules with scope, budget, and timelines. Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes or delays. Identify critical path activities and ensure timely execution. Construction Management: Supervise and manage site construction activities as per project plans and specifications. Ensure compliance with design, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth execution. Address on-site issues and provide engineering solutions. Resource & Cost Management: Monitor material, labor, and equipment requirements and optimize their usage. Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost control measures. Evaluate project risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management. Maintain proper records of all construction activities and schedule updates. Ensure documentation compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
