Sr. Piping Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, your role will involve creating, revising, and maintaining Piping and Equipment models using Bentley Open Plant Environment. You will also be responsible for creating Piping and Structural Drawings, equipment layout drawings, and AutoCAD sketches as required. Additionally, you will handle complex drafting assignments under minimal supervision and incorporate engineers redlines effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Create, revise, and maintain Piping models using Bentley Open Plant Environment - Create, revise, and maintain Equipment models in Bentley Open Plant Environment - Create Piping and Structural Drawings using 3D models - Create equipment layout drawings using 3D models - Create AutoCAD Sketches as required - Create and revise various foundation drawings - Extract material take-off from Piping Assembly drawings and Steel drawings - Create General arrangement drawings - Coordinate with piping leads & other discipline leads - Demonstrate knowledge in piping materials, codes, and standard works - Work independently with minimal supervision - Participate in project review meetings Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field - 5-8 years of experience in equipment modeling using Bentley's OpenPlant - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bentley Open Plant Environment - Strong understanding of piping materials, codes, and standards - Ability to work independently and handle complex drafting assignments effectively In addition to the specified qualifications and responsibilities, it is essential to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.,
