Sr. Pattern Maker & Garment Technician

As a Sr. Pattern Maker specializing in lingerie, swimwear, and activewear, you will be responsible for developing and finalizing garment patterns that meet aesthetic and functional requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Drafting and modifying patterns - Conducting fittings - Collaborating with designers to ensure quality and accuracy - Maintaining precise technical specifications for production - Overseeing pattern adjustments for optimal fit - Ensuring effective utilization of materials to minimize waste To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Proficiency in pattern drafting, cutting, and grading techniques - Expertise in lingerie, swimwear, and activewear construction and fit requirements - Strong understanding of fabric properties and their impact on garment design and fit - Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software for pattern making - Attention to detail and technical accuracy in pattern creation and review - Effective communication skills for collaboration with designers, seamstresses, and production teams - Proven experience in quality control and problem-solving during production - A minimum of 1 year of experience in pattern making, preferably in lingerie, swimwear, or activewear - Formal training or certification in pattern making and garment construction is preferred,
