Location: PUNJAB - Rajpura Work-from-Home 2 days Work-from-Home + 3 days Factory Visit . Experience: 2 to 4 years Education: Any Degree CTC: 2 LPA 6.5 LPA Company: TI Cycles of India A Murugappa Group Company Key Responsibilities: (Graphic Design ) 2 days Work-from-Home + 3 days Factory Visit Coordinate with suppliers based in Ludhiana and Delhi to receive, inspect, and evaluate product samples. Shortlist products based on category relevance, design appeal, and supplier feasibility. Design and create product renders featuring attractive colours, graphics, and themes tailored for toddlers. Develop and customize product elements including: Stickers and cartoon designs Packaging artwork for coloured and brown corrugated boxes Branding elements consistent with the product line Customize products using available parts and accessories at supplier facilities to meet design and quality standards. Prepare comprehensive Product Launch Dockets, including creatives, posters, and marketing collaterals for internal and external use. Ensure fresh and timely product launches in coordination with the product development and marketing teams.
