Sr. NodeJS Developer

As a Sr. NodeJS Developer at HCL Software, you will be joining our dynamic Product team to contribute towards the development of cutting-edge solutions. Here is a brief overview of your role, key responsibilities, and qualifications required: **Role Overview:** You will be an integral part of the product development process, engaging in hands-on coding and code reviews. Your role will involve delivering quality features, addressing bug fixes, and enhancing product scalability and usability. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in implementing DevSecOps practices and CI/CD automations to provide frequent value to customers. As a Client Advocate, you will communicate with customers on upcoming features, address issues, and collaborate with Product Management on roadmap priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage in hands-on coding and code review - Deliver quality features, address bug fixes, and enhance product scalability and usability - Implement DevSecOps practices and CI/CD automations - Act as a Client Advocate by communicating with customers and collaborating with Product Management - Handle customer escalations as L3/SME and provide innovative troubleshooting solutions - Prepare technical documentation for publications - Create product-related VLOGs or BLOGs for customers - Conduct product feature demonstrations for customers, partners, and pre-sales activities - Collaborate with global product teams to ensure seamless operations **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field - Proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS, or JavaScript - Sound knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD tools, and high-level design - Expertise in microservices and API development, including working with MongoDB or NoSQL databases - Experience in product root cause analysis and providing prompt fixes - Excellent communication skills with customers - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, and Azure DevOps If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, innovative solutions, and customer success, we welcome you to join our team at HCL Software and become a part of our journey towards excellence.,
