We are seeking a skilled and experienced NodeJs Developer to join our team (on-site position). Experience: 3 - 6 years. *Only apply if you match with requirements and responsibilities. Requirements: Min 3+ years of development experience with NodeJs (NestJs + Typescript) and PostgreSQL Must have extensive hands-on experience with NestJS (TypeScript-based framework) - this is a mandatory requirement, as our entire backend architecture is built on NestJS following modular and scalable design patterns. Strong understanding of API design, microservices and event-driven architecture, and scalable database design PostgreSQL Solid understanding of authentication, authorization (OAuth2, JWT), multi-tenant and RBAC. Proven experience designing secure REST APIs with proper logging, rate-limiting, input validation and error handling Deep understanding of compliance-aware development, data protection, and secure coding Must have knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, SES, SQS, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and clear communication in English and documentation ability Startup mindset - self-driven, collaborative, and ready to experiment and grow fast Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, secure REST APIs using Node.js (NestJS + TypeScript) Build automation scripts to collect, verify, and monitor compliance controls (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, etc) Implement and maintain microservice-based architectures for compliance workflows Integrate with external APIs (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, GitHub, Jira, Slack, Okta, etc.) for data ingestion and compliance evidence gathering Work closely with the security and product teams to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions Collaborate with AI engineers to make developer workflows smarter Ensure data integrity, access control, encryption, and audit trails in all modules Maintain high code quality and consistency across the project using PR reviews, linting, and automated testing Take ownership of features from concept to production - with the autonomy and energy of a startup builder Nice to have: Frontend development experience with NextJs & Tailwind CSS Seamless Jira board experience Cursor AI tool handon experience Understanding of SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR control mappings and audit workflows Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Docker Why Join Satark AI: You’ll be part of the core engineering team, shaping technical architecture and product direction from early stages Build the core infrastructure for a next-gen AI compliance platform from the ground up Work alongside high-energy, ambitious founders and engineers A culture that encourages innovation, self-ownership, and quality-first engineering Real impact - your code will directly shape how companies achieve and maintain global security compliance Possible Tech Stack: Continuous learning in AI + cybersecurity + automation.
