As a Senior News Research Analyst at REIN Labs, you will play a vital role in uncovering insights, leading conversations, and driving research initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and guiding research projects across various domains such as policy, geopolitics, technology, and social developments. Conducting in-depth primary research, including interviews with industry experts, will be a key part of your role. You will be responsible for creating high-quality research reports, articles, blogs, and news summaries based on your findings. In addition to content creation, you will also have the opportunity to host and moderate insightful discussions through podcasts, interviews, and other research-driven content initiatives. Tracking and analyzing current events, policy shifts, global affairs, and industry trends will be essential for generating valuable insights. Furthermore, you will be tasked with mentoring junior research analysts, providing guidance on research methodologies, content development, and industry best practices. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in Journalism, Social Sciences, or Political Science, along with 4-5 years of experience in research, content writing, or a related field. Strong expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and information synthesis is required. Experience in conducting interviews, hosting podcasts, or moderating discussions will be valuable assets. Excellent writing skills with a proven track record of publishing articles, blogs, or research papers are essential. You should also possess the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and informative content, as well as mentorship capabilities to guide a team of junior analysts. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
