Senior Network Support Associate | 3+ Years Experience
Ubiquiti is hiring a Senior Network Support Associate to provide advanced support for UniFi networking solutions. The role involves troubleshooting complex VLAN, routing, and PoE issues, performing packet analysis, and guiding junior associates.
Requirements: 3+ years in network support, strong knowledge of OSI/TCP/IP, VLANs, ACLs, IPv4/IPv6, Wireshark/tcpdump, and Linux CLI. or CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus.
