As a skilled Network & Security Engineer at NetAI, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues and recreating them in lab environments using platforms such as GNS3 and EVE-NG. Your expertise in routing, switching, security, and multi-vendor platforms will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot various network issues related to BGP, OSPF, MPLS, switching, and security. - Recreate issues in simulation platforms like GNS3, EVE-NG to analyze problems and validate solutions. - Document recreated issues, root cause, lab setup, and final resolution. - Utilize SNMP, MIB, and network monitoring tools effectively. - Configure and support devices from multiple vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc. - Support ISP-grade network environments and routing setups. - Implement advanced monitoring/automation protocols like Telemetry, NetConf, RestConf, TR-069. - Collaborate with teams on upgrades, optimization, and network improvements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking and security. - Proficiency in command-line troubleshooting. - Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and core routing/switching concepts. - Experience with multi-vendor network equipment. - Hands-on experience in using GNS3/EVE-NG for lab testing and issue simulation. - Knowledge of CCNA/CCNP certification; CCIE certification is advantageous. - Prior experience in ISP network environments is a plus.
