As a Senior AI Staff Developer for our client's team in Thane (Maharashtra, India), you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying advanced AI/ML models across various domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI. Your expertise in Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow is crucial for this role. Experience in MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and edge AI optimization will be a strong advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, train, and deploy advanced AI/ML models in domains like computer vision, NLP, and generative AI. - Collaborate with hardware, design, and product teams to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences. - Build and optimize intelligent models for real-time deployment on AR/VR smart glasses and immersive systems. - Full-stack awareness with exposure to backend (Flask/FastAPI), cloud infra (AWS/GCP), and frontend integration (basic React/JS). - Design data pipelines, run experiments, and evaluate performance metrics. - Spatial or Scene Understanding: Detection, tracking, segmentation, recognition, and 3D scene analysis. - Data Analytics: Handling large-scale sensor data, applying signal processing, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling. - Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, and cutting-edge AI innovations. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and applied ML. - Strong experience with computer vision, transformers, and LLM fine-tuning. - Proficiency in MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML, containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). - Edge AI deployment skills such as compression, pruning, quantization, and optimization for real-time applications. - Ability to design data pipelines, run experiments, and evaluate performance metrics. - Nice to have skills include experience in spatial or scene understanding, data analytics, and advanced AI technologies. - Bonus points for research publications in top AI/ML conferences, contributions to open-source AI frameworks, and experience with multimodal AI and familiarity with healthcare AI, AR/VR, or edge computing use cases.
