As an Export Merchandiser specializing in textile products, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end coordination with international buyers primarily in European and American markets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing sampling, pricing, order follow-ups, production coordination, and pre-/post-shipment documentation. - Maintaining structured client data and communication records using CRM or official formats. - Liaising with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution. - Identifying new customer segments and developing client relationships through various channels. - Ensuring compliance with buyer standards and documentation. - Supporting catalog building and feedback collection from clients. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 4-5 years of relevant experience in textile export merchandising. - Strong knowledge of textile products, particularly throws, rugs, cushions, kitchen linen, etc. - Excellent command of spoken and written English. - Proficiency in Excel, email communication, documentation, and follow-ups. - Familiarity with CRM tools, quotation formats, and sampling procedures. - Self-driven with exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
