Job Summary

The Sr. Mentor CUM QA Manager will be the bridge between STEAM innovation and classroom excellence. You will be responsible for designing high-quality project models with modules, training a team of instructors, and implementing a rigorous QA framework to ensure that every I-KIT STEAM session is delivered with impact and precision for students in Classes 3 to 10.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Projects & Curriculum Development for STEAM projects (Robotics, Electronics, Coding, etc.) for students in Classes 3–10.

2. Training & Faculty Development sessions for instructors

3. Quality Assurance & Implementation Monitoring

4. Impact Evaluation & Data Analysis

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Education

• Experience: 5+ years in the education sector. Mandatory: Direct experience in STEM/STEAM education programs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & Technology (B.E./B.Tech) is required.

• Preferred: A Master’s degree (M.Ed) is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills

• Coding & Robotics: Hands-on experience with Scratch, Python, Arduino, LEGO, or similar platforms.

• Project Development : RC plane, Drone, Rocketry, IoT, Robotics etc.

• Electronics: Understanding of circuits, sensors, and basic hardware prototyping.

• Modern Tech: Familiarity with 3D Printing and Design thinking processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
