Experience:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day network operations support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers (for senior levels), including performance management and shift coordination.
Ensure SLA compliance, timely ticket resolution, and quality client support.
Monitor network performance, conduct audits, and report findings.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, healthcare, and cross-functional teams for compliance-driven operations.
Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to documentation (SOPs, manuals, diagrams).
Assist in network design, configuration, and implementation as required.

Mandatory Skills:

Networking Devices:
Fortigate FG200F, Sophos Firewalls, D-Link switches/APs
OS Platforms:
Advanced Windows Server & Linux administration
Virtualization:
VMware ESXi management
Protocols & VPNs:
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, NAT, SSL/TLS, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Wireshark, TCP Dump, Traceroute, nslookup, PRTG
Scripting / Automation:
Python, PowerShell, Bash
ITSM Tools:
Freshservice / ManageEngine
Documentation:
SOPs, manuals, network diagrams

Optional / Desirable Skills:

Experience in healthcare or BPO IT operations
