Summary

Insurance Operations

Location-

Responsibilities

Oversee service delivery across assigned insurance processes, ensuring adherence to SLA, accuracy, and quality standards.
Drive
productivity, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives
.
Lead and develop a team of
Team Managers and Associates
, fostering high performance and engagement.
Manage client relationships and handle escalations effectively.
Conduct reviews, audits, and reporting to track process health and performance.
Support process migrations, stabilizations, and capacity planning.
Partner with L&D for training and certification compliance across teams.

Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
6+ years
of experience in insurance Operations with 1 or
2+ years in a managerial role (span of 100+ team members)
.
Strong exposure to
Insurance Operations
.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Onsite transition experience is an added advantage.
