• Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Prepare a detailed advertising plan, brief the agency & ensure effective implementation of the various components of the plan.
• Plan outdoor hoardings & signage on the basis of the size, type of signage, position etc.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  

Requirements

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Strong in Advertising, PR, understanding of designing & outdoor advertising, branding & retail promotions.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Good command over language.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office.
• Skilled in Written Communication.
• Very good with coordination and interpersonal relationships.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate/Advertising agency.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Experience in handling media releases across various mediums (print, radio, tv, outdoor, etc.).
• Have good contacts with media houses.
• MBA /MCA/Graduates in Marketing field.
