Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Manager: R & D (NPD) - Cosmetics, located in Baddi. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing research and development activities, managing new product development (NPD) projects, and leading and directing a team of researchers and project managers. Daily tasks will include coordinating R&D efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards for product development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and Research
• Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work on-site in Baddi
• MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred
