Sr. Manager, Product Analytics

As a Senior Manager, Product Analytics at Eightfold, you will play a crucial role in leading the internal product analytics team and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders. Your responsibilities will include shaping the product roadmap through data-driven insights, defining success metrics, and ensuring evidence-based decision-making in a fast-paced SaaS environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a high-performing product analytics team that generates actionable insights. - Collaborate with product leaders to establish KPIs, assess adoption rates, and pinpoint growth opportunities. - Take ownership of the analytics lifecycle, including instrumentation, experimentation, reporting, and deriving insights. - Conduct A/B tests, cohort analyses, and user segmentation to influence product roadmap decisions. - Work in tandem with Data Engineering to uphold a robust and reliable data infrastructure. - Mentor analysts to evolve into strategic partners for product teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 8 years of experience in product/growth analytics, with at least 2 years in people management. - Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude. - Demonstrated ability to guide product decisions through data analysis and experimentation. - Sound knowledge of SaaS metrics and experience in product-led growth strategies. - Excellent communication skills with the capability to translate data into coherent narratives.
