Sr Manager - Operations (Soft Services)

- Responsible for providing soft services such as housekeeping, horticulture, pest control at the client’s premises as per agreed SLA’s.

· Meeting the client, record every daily Meeting and take corrective measures as per the meetings

· Ensure closure of complaints about services and equipment and take corrective action

· Ensure that the all the checklist, documentation is completed on time at all sites

· Conduct training regularly for work policies and procedures.

· Implementation of all standard operating procedures at the site to ensure smooth site operations.

· To make plans/ schedules and inspect/assigns work to subordinate supervisors and/or teams.

· On-time submission of monthly of invoices and payment follow up

· Is single point of contact for clients, vendors and internal customers.

· Maintain cordial relationship with team and employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
