Sr Manager Medical Coding

You are invited to join Corrohealth as a Senior Manager Medical Coding in Noida. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in medical coding and a background as a Manager or above, you will be responsible for overseeing a substantial team of 100 to 200 coders. It is essential that you hold certification from either AAPC or AHIMA, possess strong leadership qualities, excel in client management, and exhibit a profound comprehension of the healthcare and medical coding domain. Your primary duties will include supervising and guiding the coding team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks, maintaining high productivity and quality standards within the department, and establishing effective coding strategies and workflows for optimized performance. Additionally, you will be the main liaison for client communications, handling queries, and resolving escalations, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards such as HIPAA, ICD-10, and CPT. You will also be responsible for conducting training programs to enhance the team's skills, tracking performance metrics, collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency, and staying abreast of the latest developments in the medical coding field.
