Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sr. Manager of Facility Services to be based in Vadodara Taluka. The Sr. Manager will oversee daily facility operations, plan and execute facility management strategies, manage teams effectively, and handle budgeting responsibilities. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of facility services and maintaining high operational standards to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills and People Management capabilities to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Strong expertise in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for facility services
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices and regulations is a plus
