Sr. Manager Deployment

As an individual responsible for managing the deployment team and providing technical expertise on client deployment projects at RxLogix, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Understanding clients" requirements and defining infrastructure architecture, deployment layout, and strategy for RxLogix's PV Suite of products. - Managing client communication regarding infrastructure and PV Product deployment. - Understanding product release and installation processes. - Overseeing the team to ensure parallel deployment for multiple clients. - Coordinating with Engineering to resolve deployment issues. - Conducting RxLogix PV Suite product installations and upgrades. - Performing Spotfire installations and upgrades. - Authoring infrastructure architecture specifications & IQ (Installation Qualification) for installations & upgrades. - Monitoring and reviewing IQ execution. - Tracking and resolving deployment-related issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8 to 12 years of implementation and deployment experience. - 4 to 6 years of team management experience in deployment activities. - 4 to 6 years of client management experience. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of Oracle database operation and setup analysis. - Proficiency in PL/SQL & Linux/Unix skills. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Good understanding of the software project lifecycle. - Ability to work on multiple projects while handling client interactions. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in the Drug Safety Domain. - Experience in Oracle DBA and troubleshooting. - Professional services/consulting experience. - Experience with Argus safety suite implementation.
