Job Description

This position will lead demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management, leveraging SAP and advanced supply chain tools to drive efficiency and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning:
Develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize supply planning.
Align supply chain plans with business objectives
Inventory Management:
Optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
Monitor inventory performance and ensure timely availability
System Utilization:
Manage SAP systems and tools like Oracle, o9, Logility, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and SAP IBP.
Provide data-driven process improvement insights
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the supply chain team.
Foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's in Any Field; MBA.
Experience:
12+ years in supply chain management, with expertise in SAP and tools like Oracle, O9, Kinaxis, Logility and Blue Yonder.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
