Job Title: Sr. Manager / AGM / GM – Civil
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Experience: 15+ years in Civil Projects, Construction & Maintenance (preferably in Manufacturing / Industrial Plants)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all civil construction, infrastructure development, and maintenance activities of the plant
• Plan, monitor, and execute projects ensuring timelines, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards
• Manage civil contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for efficient project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company standards during project implementation
• Prepare budgets, BOQs, and estimates; monitor cost control measures
• Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning of upcoming projects
• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and site staff

Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
