Sr. Manager- Accounts & Finance

You will be responsible for budgeting on a monthly and yearly basis, analyzing MIS dashboards, preparing monthly MIS reports, managing cash flow and fund flow, controlling inventory, conducting internal product costing, overseeing banking activities, ensuring legal compliances, managing financial accounting, and handling customer relations. Additionally, you will be involved in monthly closing of P & L accounts, ensuring compliance with taxes like GST, Income Tax, Sales Tax, conducting internal and statutory audits, and reviewing GL codes and expenses heads. - Budgeting monthly & yearly based on Customer projection - Analyzing MIS Dashboard on Projected v/s Actual + Sales Loss analysis - Providing MIS reports on a monthly basis with GAP Analysis - Managing Cash Flow & Fund Flow monthly with GAP analysis of Projection v/s Actual - Controlling Inventory and planning for targeted inventory based on Sales - Conducting Internal Product Costing - Overseeing Banking activities - Ensuring Legal Compliances - Managing Financial Accounting - Monthly Closing of P & L Account & MIS with Gap Analysis - Ensuring timely deposit and submission of Legal / Statutory Compliances of Taxes like GST, Income Tax (TDS & TCS), Sales Tax / Returns - Handling Customer relations - Clearing Balance Sheet Accounts - Conducting Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Tax Audit, and final review of reports - Reviewing all GL codes/expenses heads as per requirement of P & L accounts and controlling extraordinary expenses at plant level Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA or equivalent certification preferred - Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills,
