Sr. Magento Developer

You have an immediate opening for a Front-End Magento Developer at a senior level where you will be responsible for supporting conversion optimization testing by building test variations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your role will involve developing split tests, assisting with web analytics technical implementation, helping implement SEO strategies, and analyzing results. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with and learning all aspects of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within WordPress and other web-based publishing tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy Magento stores and extensions. - Implement, support, and maintain the customer's ecommerce site. - Develop responsive sites for mobile and tablet platforms. - Customize existing products/frameworks like Magento, WordPress, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms. - Use best practice version control methodologies and tools such as Git or SVN. Qualifications Required: - 3-5+ years of experience in developing websites and back-end integration on the LAMP stack. - Experience in eCommerce development using Magento and familiarity with Zend Framework is preferred. - Proficiency in cross-platform development using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Ajax, jQuery, and Prototype. - Proven experience in extending or customizing existing products/frameworks. - Ability to work with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
