Job Description

As a technical leader in the Digital Video Audio (DVA) team at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of powerful Video and Audio Products. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of deep learning models for production applications. - Applying innovative algorithms in areas such as computer vision, image/video processing, and generative models to solve complex business problems. - Collaborating with Product Teams and Researchers to align machine learning projects with business goals. - Guiding technical decision-making and defining standard approaches for model development and training pipelines to achieve business goals. - Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. - Contributing to research and development efforts, staying up to date with the latest advancements in deep learning and machine learning. - Developing and optimizing model inference pipelines for both on-device and cloud-based deployments. - Communicating complex technical concepts to partners and team members and providing actionable insights based on model outputs. To succeed in this role, you should have: - 12+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with at least 5 years focused on deep learning techniques. - Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Solid understanding of neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, transformers, GANs, and diffusion models. - Hands-on experience in deep learning with Python-based frameworks and knowledge in computer vision. - Proven experience working with large-scale datasets, model training, optimization, and deployment. - Strong background in developing algorithms for practical applications in computer vision. - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern software engineering practices such as version control (Git), CI/CD, and agile development. - Expertise in model optimization, including techniques like pruning, quantization, and ONNX/CoreML model conversion. - Familiarity with MLOps practices, model versioning, and reproducibility. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and implement effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills and experience in presenting technical content to senior customers.,
