Sr Lead Engineer Subsea Intervention & Hardware

The main purpose of the role is to execute KGD6 subsea intervention and maintain subsea hardware, ROV tooling, and operational spares with the objective of safely and timely executing subsea interventions to minimize production downtime. Additionally, the job involves maintenance of subsea hardware, ROV tooling, and operational spares to ensure availability during need and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with HSEQ objectives and company requirements. The job accountabilities include performing subsea hardware and intervention tasks, managing and fulfilling requirements for subsea OIMR, developing quality documents for intervention/installation efforts, conducting HAZID/HAZOP/RA for all hardware and intervention jobs, handling the movement of subsea assets in a safe manner, closing out LL, FAR, audit points, and NCRs, implementing MOC/safety reviews, coordinating ROV operated valve operations, troubleshooting in the field, monitoring intervention tools conditions and spare availability, identifying HAZOP related to SPS, managing SPS operability, coordinating OEM for refurbishment, testing, and operations, handling contracts related to H&I/SPS/ROV systems, defining SOW for projects, managing documentation, and assessing competencies/training needs for team members. The skills required for this role include a proven broad range of experience in engineering and management related to the installation and development of SPS, managing/coordinating contracts for subsea division, MSV working, subsea intervention, and ROV activities, strong knowledge of SPS, refurbishments, intervention requirements, QA/QC requirements, industry codes, and specifications, familiarity with subsea H&I systems, MSV activities, interface requirements, OEM ways of working, managing budgets, and the ability to identify HAZOP related to SPS. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor/Masters Degree in engineering with at least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, out of which 5 years should be in subsea/deepwater maintenance activities.
