As a Senior Project Manager, your primary focus will be on driving the successful execution of projects to deliver committed value and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while effectively managing project teams and stakeholders, including supporting Presales, POVs, and RFPs. Your role involves providing support and insights such as assessing program needs, planning, staffing, risk management, project structure, and governance. You will lead or contribute to defining the project's statement of work content while adhering to Value Engagement SOW standards. Additionally, you will define the project plan, manage it throughout its lifecycle, and provide guidance to the project team to meet objectives within scope. Maximizing best practice capitalization and re-use, establishing actions and plans for confidentiality and IP protection, fostering a strong team environment, and reporting on all project aspects are key responsibilities. You will also ensure proper deliverable and knowledge handover between Value Commitment and Value Delivery phases, establish trust-based relationships with customers, manage escalations and progress monitoring, handle project budget management, change requests, and relationships with subcontractors and partners. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as APRISO/QUINTIQ is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in Presales, including building proposals and responding to RFPs, is also beneficial. Your interactions will involve customer project managers, procurement, client executives, global value engagement services, industry services management, services sales experts, and industry consultants. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in project management activities, and a background in services & consulting. Proficiency in project management, customer relationship management, budget management, risk analysis, resource planning, communication, collaboration, and creativity are essential skills. Financial Management & Reporting : Prepare and manage the branch's budget, ensuring financial objectives are met. Analyze financial reports and metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Monitor cash flow, manage expenses, and ensure profitability of the branch. Risk Management & Compliance : Ensure that all branch operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Implement and maintain risk management procedures to protect the branch from fraud, theft, and operational risks. Inventory & Resource Management : Oversee the management of branch resources, including inventory, equipment, and supplies. Ensure proper inventory control to avoid shortages or excess stock. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of branch facilities and equipment. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role (5-10 years preferred). Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and sales strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
