Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a
trusted advisor
to clients, helping them meet business needs with innovative solutions
Work with
offshore developers
to deliver custom solutions
Provide
24/7 client support
and ensure timely issue resolution
Take ownership of
problem management
and proactively address potential issues
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth
Kinaxis project implementation
Assist in
training
and mentoring team members on Kinaxis Rapid Response

Must Have Skills:

Kinaxis Rapid Response
implementation and support experience
S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)
system administration and support
Experience with
SAP ECC
and
SAP S/4 HANA
system integration
Ability to work with a
global team
to provide 24/7 support
Ability to work
weekends and off-business hours
when required

Good to Have Skills:

Azure Data Factory
knowledge
Basic knowledge of SQL
Experience with
SAP ECC
and
SAP S/4 HANA
system integration preferred
Willingness to
train team members
on Kinaxis Rapid Response
Experience in
consumer product manufacturing
or related industries
