Job Description

Sr. Java Developer Saviynt Implementation

Role & Responsibilities:

Saviynt Specific:

  • Be able to architect, deploy for development, pre-production, and production environments, including low-level design for

    Saviynt

    .
  • Have demonstrated system implementation, policy creation, and process change within the tool.
  • Be able to create simple and complex workflows to address the approval process and implementation of Roles.
  • Build policy-based access based on

    ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

    , and other models.
  • Ability to create Technical and User update rules to automatically provision access to users based on defined business conditions.
  • Integrate applications with Saviynt using out-of-the-box and/or custom-built connectors to meet

    IAM (Identity and Access Management)

    control objectives.
  • Establish processes to identify orphaned and dormant accounts across applications, including preventative/detective actions.
  • Design and apply control processes & implementation for Access Provisioning, Joiners/Leavers/Transfers, Reconciliation, Delegation, SOD (Segregation of Duties), Toxicity, Outlier, and Recertification.
  • Explore/deliver opportunities to modernize reconciliation/recertification processes controls in the tool.
  • Be able to understand the as-is state of the current process and assist in defining the new target operating model.
  • Be able to review user stories and use cases for Saviynt implementation.
  • Be able to assist in delivering a strong risk reduction strategy to automate policy-based administration, governance, and control as much as possible.
  • Be able to generate

    MIS (Management Information System)

    for project tracking and reporting.

Key Skills:

Mandatory:

  • Detailed knowledge of the

    Identity and Access Control domain

    .
  • Exposure to the Identity and Access Control domain, especially to a

    Policy-Based Access Control model

    .
  • Saviynt L100 Certification

    .
  • Saviynt L200 Certification

    .

Desired:

  • Define and execute Testing strategy for Policy-based access.
  • Access Management related certification would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Information Management, IT Governance / Risk domains.
  • Good listening and analytical skills.
  • Ability to come to a thoughtful and business-focused conclusion quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with global teams.
  • Meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Any Cloud knowledge (

    AWS preferred

    ).
  • Terraform basics

    .

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
