Sr. Java Developer (Core Java & Microservices)

At HCL Software, we Develop, Market, Sell, and Support over 20 Product families in the areas of Customer Experience, Digital Solutions, Secure DevOps, Security & Automation. We are currently seeking a Sr. Java Developer (Core Java & Microservices) to join our Workload Automation Product team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience and possess the following skills: - Btech/BE in Computer Science or related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience. - Proficiency in Core Java, Microservices architecture, and REST API development. - Hands-on experience with Quarkus and/or Spring Boot. - Ability to write high-quality unit tests using JUnit to ensure code reliability. - Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB). - Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration. - Ability to leverage cloud services from providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Familiarity with Kafka for messaging and event streaming. - Experience contributing to projects using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies is a bonus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
