Sr. Java Backend Developer

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend applications using Java 8/21 and Spring Boot. Your main tasks will include building customized RESTful APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimizing applications for performance and security, and troubleshooting and resolving software defects. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers. To excel in this role, you should have strong programming expertise in Java 8/21, proven experience with the Spring Boot framework, and experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services. Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps concepts is essential. Your problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills will be key to success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems, exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, hands-on experience with Kubernetes (especially EKS on AWS), and an understanding of secure coding practices and authentication strategies.,
