Role Overview: You are a Sr IT Service Operations Specialist joining a team in need of a dedicated and detail-oriented Problem Management Analyst. Your main responsibility will involve analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within a fast-paced enterprise environment while adhering to ITIL principles.
