As a Senior IT Developer specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud, your role entails designing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions to enhance customer engagement, lead management, and sales performance. You will work at the intersection of technical development and business strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable solutions aligned with business objectives, customizing lead routing and campaign tracking, optimizing email marketing workflows, and integrating Salesforce with various platforms using APIs and middleware. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow automation is essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, integration design, and security principles is required. Experience with lead-to-opportunity workflows, campaign execution, and Salesforce integrations is beneficial. Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial for collaborating with stakeholders across different departments. It is highly desirable to hold Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Admin, Platform Developer I/II. Familiarity with Pardot for B2B lead nurturing and campaign automation, as well as front-end development skills, will be advantageous in this role. Keeping abreast of Salesforce innovations, especially within Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue operations, is essential to stay ahead in this dynamic field.,
