We are currently looking for a skilled Workato Developer to collaborate closely with our cross-functional Enterprise Applications teams. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions using Workato. Your primary focus will be on owning business discussions to define requirements and translate them into scalable automated Workato workflows. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather and analyze integration requirements, design, develop, and maintain Workato recipes and integrations to streamline business processes. - Act as a Workato Subject Matter Expert, showcasing the effectiveness of Workato in fulfilling organizational business automation needs. - Lead technical discovery sessions and use-case analysis to identify requirements and assess technical validations. - Develop custom Workato connectors using the Workato SDK framework and manage API integrations. - Document data flows, integration workflows, technical designs, and testing plans for integrations. - Maintain existing system integrations while developing new Workato integrations. - Ensure seamless integration and data transfers between ERP, CRM, and other applications. - Provide day-to-day system support, including issue resolution. - Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices of the Workato platform. **Required Skills, Experience & Education:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - 6+ years of experience in enterprise application integration development with various integration technologies like TIBCO, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi. - 3+ years of experience as a Workato Developer with expertise in building complex recipes, workflows, and automations. - Proficiency in APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, RESTful Web Services, XML, JSON, and databases. - Hands-on experience with Workato SDK, connectors, and API integrations. - Prior experience in integration development for cloud applications like NetSuite, Salesforce, or Workday. - Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and collaborate as a team player. - Workato certifications are a plus.,
