Sr Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer at Intriio Interiors in Gurugram, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing design projects for high-end residential and commercial clients. With over 4 years of experience, you will bring your creativity, leadership skills, and deep design understanding to the table. Your responsibilities will include spearheading design development from the initial client brief to the final project handover. This involves creating detailed mood boards, concept presentations, material palettes, and layout plans. You will be tasked with preparing 2D working drawings, collaborating with 3D visualizers, vendors, and site teams. It will be your responsibility to source materials, finishes, and furniture that align with the client's vision and project budget. Regular site visits will be required for quality checks, design alignment, and overseeing project execution. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor junior designers and contribute to design standardization across projects. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture and have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial interiors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office is required, with knowledge of 3ds Max or Revit being a plus. A strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and modern design trends is essential. Excellent communication and client handling skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, are also necessary.
