Description
As an Integration Engineer at Illumina, you will play a crucial role in building resilient, reportable, and monitored integrations on the SnapLogic platform. Your responsibilities will include architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining real-time custom integrations and batch processing. You will collaborate closely with Business Application & Product Development teams, ensuring the architecture, design, and development meet the project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect, design, and develop real-time custom integrations and batch processing on SnapLogic. - Possess expertise in contemporary technologies, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/iPaaS, and application integration technologies. - Create and maintain documentation for configurations, mappings, endpoints, APIs, etc. - Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to develop test cases and scripts. - Test models and solutions to ensure they meet requirements and maintain high levels of quality. - Provide production automation processes support and on-call assistance. - Troubleshoot unresolved issues and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) between business, partners, and IT teams. - Ensure compliance and change management timelines are followed. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of development experience with SnapLogic and other integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, BizTalk. - 5+ years of programming/scripting experience with JAVA, .Net, JavaScript, node.js. - 5+ years of database experience in data modeling, SQL query design, optimization, and performance tuning. - Experience handling various data formats like EDI, JSON, CSV, and XML. - Familiarity with Agile methodology, teamwork, cross-team collaboration, and problem-solving in complex web-based applications. - Ability to convey technical information in a clear, concise manner to non-technical individuals. - Self-motivated, results-oriented with a track record of providing solutions to business challenges.
