Sr. Inside Sales Consultant

Our Senior expert trainers with over 10 years of real-time experience in the fast-paced world of Information Technology offer Role-based training, distinguishing us from Product based training methodologies. Most of our training programs are delivered online through Instructor Led and Self-Paced modes. We are currently seeking Senior level and experienced individuals in Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills and hands-on inside sales experience in outbound and inbound calls. The working shifts are on weekdays and occasionally on weekends as per business requirements. Responsibilities: - Attend to leads on the CRM system and update notes daily. - Make outbound calls to individuals/corporations promoting our Online IT training program. - Conduct follow-ups through Emails, Calls, and SMS, and undergo training about the product. - Make "Cold calls" to leads if necessary, and educate them on the training & certification programs. - Communicate with prospect leads and trainers regularly. Requirements: - Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Marketing or BPO is preferred. - Sales skills and Excellent English communication skills are necessary. - Comfortable in making cold calls. - Willingness to work morning shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
