Job Description

Manage monthly attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
Maintain employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
Handle salary-related queries and employee payroll concerns.
Coordinate full and final settlement for resigned employees.
Maintain statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable labour laws.
Coordinate PF and ESI registrations and employee-related queries.
Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
Support internal and external HR audits.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Maintain employee master databases.
Prepare headcount, attrition, recruitment, and attendance reports.
Track recruitment status and joining reports.
Maintain HR documentation using Excel and Saral Pack software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
